Role Description
This is a full-time position, with the candidate residing in the USA. We are looking for a candidate that will conduct real-time geosteering operations, analyze geological and geophysical data, and prepare technical reports to optimize well placement. Responsibilities include collaborating with drilling teams, assessing offset well data, and integrating geologic interpretations to support accurate decision-making. You will also communicate regularly with clients and team members to ensure operational success.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Field Work and Logging methodologies
Experience with Geological Mapping and interpreting stratigraphic data
Knowledge of Geophysics and subsurface data analysis
Understanding of Drilling operations and related processes
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
Proficiency in geosteering software and related technical tools
Bachelor's degree in Geology, Geophysics, or a related field
Prior experience in geosteering role is a must
