The company builds intelligent AI agents and automation solutions across KYC, risk management, fraud detection, compliance, and customer engagement. Its technology helps enterprises streamline operations, enhance decision-making, and deploy secure, scalable, and reliable AI in real-world business environments.
What We're looking for:
4+ years of overall software/AI engineering experience
3+ years of hands-on experience specifically in Generative AI and Agentic AI
Strong practical experience building LLM-powered applications and AI agents
Experience taking AI solutions from idea → development → deployment → production
Strong Python and software engineering skills
Experience with RAG, vector databases, embeddings, tool calling, and LLM orchestration
Understanding of AI system architecture and scalable application design
Ability to independently solve complex technical problems
Strong understanding of APIs, databases, cloud, and production deployment
Ability to work closely with product and business teams
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience in Finance, Healthcare, Retail, SaaS, or Enterprise AI is a plus
Skills Required:
Languages: Python, Go (good to have)
Cloud: AWS, Azure
Frameworks: Django, Flask, FastAPI
AI/ML: TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, Hugging Face
GenAI / Agentic AI: LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar Agentic AI frameworks
Databases: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, SQL
Vector Databases: Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus, or similar
Big Data / Streaming: Spark, Kafka, Hadoop — good to have
Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes
DevOps: CI/CD, Git, Cloud Deployment
