Construction Supervisor

Role Description The Construction Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Coorg, responsible for overseeing daily construction activities and ensuring work is executed according to design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.
This role includes coordinating site teams and subcontractors, monitoring progress, conducting inspections, and resolving issues that arise during construction.
The Construction Supervisor will ensure adherence to safety protocols, manage site documentation, and communicate regularly with project managers, architects, and clients to provide updates and clarify requirements. The role also involves reviewing plans, verifying material quality, supporting resource planning, and contributing to continuous improvement in construction processes aligned with Design Frontier’s sustainability goals.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills and experience in Site Supervision for building and interior projects.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordinating with site teams, project managers, architects, and clients.
Candidates should possess solid Inspection skills to verify compliance with design drawings, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Construction Safety practices, including implementation of safety plans and adherence to local regulations.
Relevant experience in construction management or site supervision, preferably in architectural or interior design projects.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings, specifications, and schedules.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and time management.
Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
