Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $260,000 – $325,000 annually
Bonus Potential: Additional income based on percent-of-collections

We are looking for an OB/GYN who is confident in providing comprehensive outpatient women’s healthcare. Ideal candidates will be team-oriented, patient-focused, and eager to form long-term relationships with patients. Primary Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive outpatient OB/GYN care
Conduct routine and preventive gynecologic examinations
Provide contraceptive counseling and family planning services
Manage menopause and other women’s health needs across the lifespan
Provide outpatient prenatal and postpartum care
Diagnose and manage a broad range of gynecologic conditions
Perform appropriate in-office procedures
Collaborate with advanced practice providers, nurses, and other members of the care team
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation using electronic medical records (EMR)
Stay engaged with ongoing clinical education and current best practices

Qualifications
MD or DO degree
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Completion of a U.S.-based, ACGME-accredited OB/GYN residency (excluding Puerto Rico)
Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Arizona
