Role Description The Principal is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Noida, responsible for overseeing the academic, administrative, and operational functions of a partner school. In this role, the Principal will lead and support teaching and non-teaching staff, set academic goals, and ensure high-quality instruction aligned with curriculum standards. The Principal will manage day-to-day school activities, including admissions processes, timetable planning, discipline management, and coordination with Bright Path Education Solution for infrastructure and resource needs. This position includes monitoring student performance, implementing school policies and safety protocols, engaging with parents and the wider community, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The Principal will also manage budgets within school guidelines, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintain a positive, inclusive school culture.
Qualifications
Proven leadership experience in school administration, academic planning, and staff management.
Strong skills in communication, stakeholder engagement, and conflict resolution.
Ability to oversee operations, including admissions, discipline, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Experience with curriculum implementation, assessment practices, and student performance monitoring.
Demonstrated capacity to foster an inclusive, safe, and student-centered learning environment.
Comfort with using basic digital tools and school management systems to streamline processes.
Master’s degree in Education or a related field; formal training in school leadership or administration is preferred.
Knowledge of local education regulations and compliance requirements relevant to schools in Noida.
Ability to work on-site full time and collaborate closely with Bright Path Education Solution and partner school teams.
