Role Description The Senior Video Editor will be responsible for planning, editing, and producing high-quality video content for digital marketing campaigns, social media, and marketplaces. Day-to-day work includes collaborating with marketing and design teams to conceptualize video stories, assembling raw footage, refining visual narratives, and ensuring brand consistency across all video outputs. The role involves color grading, adding motion graphics and visual effects, optimizing formats for various platforms, and maintaining an organized asset library. The Senior Video Editor will mentor junior team members, contribute creative ideas for campaigns, and support content strategy with data-driven improvements. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing for marketing and branded content.
Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, polished visual quality across projects.
Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging titles, overlays, and visual elements.
Candidates should be proficient with professional editing and post-production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro).
Candidates should have experience designing video content for digital marketing, social media platforms, and ecommerce marketplaces.
Candidates should demonstrate strong storytelling ability, attention to detail, time management, and the capacity to handle multiple projects under deadlines.
Relevant experience in a digital agency or marketing environment and a strong portfolio of video work are highly beneficial.
A diploma or degree in Film, Media, Communication, Design, or a related field is preferred but equivalent practical experience is also valued.
