Role Description The Commercial Leasing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role is responsible for identifying and securing commercial leasing opportunities across sectors such as retail, office, and hospitality, and for negotiating lease terms that align with client objectives and market conditions. Day-to-day work includes managing a pipeline of properties and prospective tenants, conducting market research, preparing financial and comparative lease analyses, and coordinating site visits and property inspections. The Commercial Leasing Manager will liaise with property owners, developers, and brand representatives, prepare proposals and presentations, and oversee documentation and lease execution in collaboration with legal and finance teams. The role also involves maintaining detailed records in CRM or internal systems, tracking deal progress, and contributing insights to broader portfolio and investment strategies.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong commercial real estate and leasing skills, including experience in site selection, lease structuring, and transaction management.
Candidates should possess negotiation and relationship management skills to engage effectively with property owners, developers, investors, and brand representatives.
Candidates should possess market research and analytical skills to assess rental values, demand trends, competitor activity, and project financial feasibility.
Candidates should possess communication and presentation skills to prepare professional proposals, reports, and client presentations, with clear written and verbal communication in English.
Candidates should possess organizational and project management skills to handle multiple deals simultaneously, manage deadlines, and maintain accurate documentation and CRM records.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, finance, or a related field are preferred; prior experience in commercial leasing or brokerage is highly beneficial.
Familiarity with the Jaipur commercial real estate market, proficiency in MS Office tools, and the ability to work ethically, collaboratively, and on-site with occasional travel as needed are advantageous.
