Role Description
The Operations Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities, ensuring smooth execution of processes across the TravolGo platform. Typical tasks include coordinating with internal teams and external partners, monitoring service delivery, troubleshooting operational issues, and implementing improvements to workflows. The Operations Executive will track key performance metrics, support onboarding and training efforts for partners, and help maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. The role also involves preparing operational reports, maintaining documentation, and supporting management with data-driven insights for decision-making.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills to oversee daily activities and optimize workflows.
Candidates should possess excellent Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
Candidates should possess effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field are preferred.
Experience in travel, tourism, or technology-driven service environments is an advantage.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting are beneficial.
Proficiency with common business software tools and comfort working with dashboards or CRM systems is desirable.
