Role Description This is a full-time Intern role based in New Delhi with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility. The intern will assist in financial data collection, cleaning, and preliminary analysis to support ongoing projects and product development. Day-to-day responsibilities may include helping build and test analytical models, documenting processes and findings, and preparing reports or presentations for internal stakeholders. The role will involve close coordination with finance, technology, and data science teams to support prototype development, quality checks, and basic research tasks. The intern will be encouraged to learn industry best practices, contribute ideas to improve workflows, and support general operational tasks in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
Qualifications
Strong analytical and quantitative abilities, with basic proficiency in statistics, data analysis, or related coursework.
Familiarity with finance or economics concepts, such as financial products, markets, or risk management, is highly beneficial.
Interest in technology and machine learning, with exposure to programming languages or tools (e.g., Python, SQL, Excel) considered an advantage.
Ability to synthesize information, prepare clear documentation, and communicate findings in a structured, concise manner.
Self-motivated, willing to learn, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work setting.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a professional approach to handling confidential financial data.
