Core Mandate: Own the end-to-end content pipeline by transforming market research and editorial mandates into high-retention YouTube videos and viral X posts and threads.
Research & Ideation: Maintain a robust 3-month content calendar, conduct daily sweeps of financial dailies, RBI/SEBI circulars, and sector dynamics, and pitch 3–5 trending topics daily.
X (Twitter) Deliverables: Publish 3–4 standard posts daily, 1 daily repurposed clip/quote, bi-weekly sector newsletters, and 1 monthly macroeconomic newsletter.
YouTube Deliverables: Produce 4–5 Shorts/week (2–2.5 minutes), 1–2 long-format deep-dive tutorials/week, and 1 monthly Masterclass or Live Q&A.
Creative Direction: Manage visual direction and guide the format and frequency of visual creatives across all video formats.
