Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machine Operator role based in Varanasi. The CNC Machine Operator will set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce components according to technical drawings and specifications. Daily tasks include reading and interpreting blueprints, selecting and installing tools, adjusting machine parameters, and performing test runs to ensure accurate machining. The role involves inspecting finished parts, documenting production data, and reporting any deviations or equipment issues. The operator will also maintain a clean and safe work area, follow all safety protocols, and collaborate with supervisors and maintenance teams to optimize machine performance and throughput.
Qualifications
Ability to operate and monitor CNC equipment with strong Machine Operation skills.
Experience in Machining processes, including Milling and related metal-cutting operations.
Knowledge of Machinery maintenance basics and safe handling of industrial equipment.
Proficiency in Quality Control practices, including measuring parts and verifying tolerances.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
Basic understanding of machining materials, cutting tools, and feeds/speeds.
Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to work accurately under time constraints.
Prior experience as a CNC operator or machinist in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Secondary or vocational education in mechanical, manufacturing, or related field is an advantage.
Willingness to work in shifts and comply with all safety and quality standards on-site in Varanasi.
