Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Nashik. The Interior Designer will develop design concepts, prepare mood boards, and create detailed layouts that align with client requirements and project constraints. Day-to-day responsibilities include space planning, coordinating with architects and contractors, preparing and reviewing construction drawings, and selecting FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment). The role involves meeting clients, conducting site visits, overseeing implementation of design elements, and ensuring work complies with quality, safety, and budget guidelines. The Interior Designer will also collaborate with the wider team to refine design standards and maintain project documentation.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Interior Design and Space Planning, with the ability to create functional and visually cohesive layouts.
Experience working with Architecture and Construction Drawings, including reading, preparing, and coordinating technical plans.
Proficiency in FF&E selection, specification, and coordination, ensuring appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings.
Relevant design software skills (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and basic proficiency in MS Office.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Strong communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to present concepts and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Prior on-site experience in interior projects in residential or commercial sectors is an advantage.
