About the Role
We are looking for a responsible, organised and detail-oriented Inventory & Operations Executive to manage inventory records and support the daily operations of Krishna Fabrics.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with stock, maintaining accurate records, coordinating orders and completing routine operational tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock
• Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile differences
• Organise fabrics and dupattas by design, colour, category and quantity
• Monitor stock levels and report low-stock items
• Identify and report damaged, missing or incorrectly recorded products
• Coordinate order processing, packing and dispatch activities
• Maintain basic invoices, delivery records and inventory documents
• Assist with routine administrative and daily operational tasks
• Provide regular inventory and operations updates to management
• Keep the stock and working areas organised and properly maintained
Candidate Requirements
• 1–2 years of experience in inventory, storekeeping, warehouse operations or a similar role
• Strong organisational and record-keeping skills
• Good attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple daily tasks responsibly
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Honest, dependable and punctual working approach
• Experience in the textile, apparel or wholesale industry is preferred
