Housekeeping Manager (Temporary) - Conrad New York Downtown

The stunning Forbes 4-Star Conrad New York Downtown is looking for a Temporary Housekeeping Manager to join their team!
Stay inspired and join the pinnacle of luxury in the heart of Lower Manhattan, featuring 463 rooms, 30,000 square feet of banquet space, and 3 food and beverage outlets. This includes a 3-meal restaurant, rooftop bar, and in-room dining.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily housekeeping operations to include room inspections and various administrative duties.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and be excited about the opportunity to grow their career in a luxury hotel environment. They should have at least 2 years of supervisory Housekeeping experience, with luxury hotel, union, and OnQ experience preferred.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
Oversee daily housekeeping operations: Manage cleanliness, service, and product quality standards in guest rooms, public spaces, restrooms, offices, and meeting areas
Ensure room readiness: Coordinate housekeeping efforts to ensure rooms are cleaned and available for guests promptly and efficiently
Manage departmental processes: Oversee systems usage, cost controls, budgeting, forecasting, and policy enforcement to drive efficiency and profitability
Conduct inspections: Oversee and perform room and public area inspections to maintain high-quality standards and compliance
Inspire and develop the team: Supervise and support team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive and productive work environment
