GoHighLevel Administrator - Remote Latam

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a GoHighLevel Administrator to manage, optimize, and support our GoHighLevel platform and related CRM operations. This person will be responsible for maintaining workflows, automations, pipelines, integrations, and day-to-day platform functionality to ensure our systems operate efficiently and reliably.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically capable, and comfortable troubleshooting issues, building automations, and continuously improving CRM processes. You should be able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and translate business requirements into effective GoHighLevel solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administer and maintain the GoHighLevel platform, including accounts, users, pipelines, opportunities, calendars, forms, and settings.
- Build, manage, and optimize workflows, automations, triggers, campaigns, and sequences.
- Create and maintain lead capture forms, surveys, landing pages, calendars, and other GoHighLevel assets.
- Configure and manage CRM pipelines, stages, tags, custom fields, and lead-management processes.
- Monitor automations and troubleshoot issues to ensure workflows and integrations function correctly.
- Set up and maintain integrations between GoHighLevel and third-party tools.
- Support email, SMS, and other communication campaigns within the platform.
- Manage contact data, including imports, segmentation, organization, and data quality.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand business requirements and implement solutions within GoHighLevel.
- Test new workflows, automations, and integrations before deployment.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.
- Document CRM processes, workflows, and configurations for internal use.
- Provide technical support and training to team members using GoHighLevel.
- Stay current with GoHighLevel features, updates, integrations, and best practices.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of hands-on experience administering GoHighLevel (GHL).
- Strong knowledge of GoHighLevel CRM, workflows, automations, pipelines, campaigns, calendars, forms, and reporting.
- Experience building and troubleshooting complex workflows and automation sequences.
- Experience with third-party integrations and tools such as Zapier, Make, webhooks, APIs, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of CRM and lead-management processes.
- Experience working with databases, contact segmentation, custom fields, tags, and data organization.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with GoHighLevel SaaS Mode / Agency accounts.
- Experience working with webhooks, APIs, or basic API concepts.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic JavaScript.
- Experience integrating GoHighLevel with tools such as CRMs, payment platforms, communication tools, scheduling platforms, or lead-generation systems.
- Experience with digital marketing, sales funnels, lead generation, or marketing automation.
- Experience documenting technical processes and creating SOPs.
- GoHighLevel certifications or relevant platform training.
