A reputable company in Accra-Ghana is currently seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Developer to join its team.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Flutter, Dart, Node.js, REST APIs, MySQL/PostgreSQL, Git, and backend development, with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience.
📍 Location: Accra
💼 Position: Full Stack Software Developer
⏰ Work Type: Full-Time, Onsite

🎓 Experience: 2+ years
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js
• Work with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and other databases
• Integrate third-party APIs and services
• Troubleshoot and optimize applications
• Collaborate with designers, product teams, and developers
• Follow Git, code review, security, and development best practices
Requirements:
• 2+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong Flutter & Dart skills
• Strong Node.js & Express.js experience
• Experience with REST APIs and databases
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred: Experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD, authentication/authorization, app-store publishing, and software security.
📌 Important: This is a fully onsite position. Remote work is not available.
Candidates should be able to commute to the office and reside in Circle, Osu, Labadi, Nungua, Teshie, or nearby communities.
