About the Role
Love traveling and exploring unique spaces? We are hiring an Interior Design Associate to travel across India, research boutique stays and themed properties, and work with the founders to build a standout hospitality brand. Freshers to candidates with up to 1.5 years of experience are welcome.
Key Responsibilities
Travel across India to research boutique stays, hotels, and themed properties.
Document property themes, interior details, guest experiences, and operational nuances.
Prepare detailed SOPs, field research reports, and vendor/manufacturer mappings.
Collaborate directly with founders on research, design execution, and business development.
What We Are Looking For
Keen eye for detail, strong observational abilities, and a passion for travel.
Proficiency in basic research, Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, and AI tools.
Willingness to travel frequently across India while being based in Hyderabad.

Employment Terms
Work Location: Hyderabad – Full-time Work from Office
Office Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Weekly Off: Rotational weekly off based on business and operational requirements
Service Agreement: Selected candidates will enter into a 1-year service agreement with Nuvora Stays.
Compensation: Determined based on performance in the final interview, skills, relevant experience, and overall suitability.
