Role Description The Assistant Manager Human Resources will support the full spectrum of HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and HR administration. This full-time, on-site role in Bardez involves coordinating hiring processes, maintaining employee records, preparing HR reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local employment regulations. The role includes managing attendance and leave records, assisting in payroll inputs, and supporting learning and development initiatives. The Assistant Manager Human Resources will also handle employee queries, help resolve workplace issues, and contribute to HR policies and procedures that strengthen organizational culture. Collaboration with management and various departments to implement HR strategies and improve employee experience is a key part of the day-to-day responsibilities.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Experience in HR operations such as HR documentation, HRIS or HR software usage, and maintenance of personnel records.
Ability to interpret and apply employment laws, company policies, and compliance standards relevant to the real estate sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and levels.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort with digital tools for HR reporting and analytics.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; postgraduate HR qualification or certification is an advantage.
Previous experience in HR roles, preferably within real estate, construction, or a similar industry, is beneficial.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a professional, ethical approach.
Willingness to work on-site in Bardez and engage directly with employees and management on a daily basis.
