Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist will work on-site in Sirsa in a full-time capacity, driving client acquisition and brand visibility for Credsmadhan’s financial advisory services. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and engaging prospective clients, explaining service offerings, and building long-term relationships through consistent follow-up and high-quality customer interactions. The role involves planning and executing local marketing initiatives, coordinating campaigns both online and offline, and collaborating with internal teams to align messaging with company goals. The Specialist will track sales performance, prepare reports, and contribute to strategy discussions to improve outreach and conversion. This position also includes providing product training and guidance to team members and partners, ensuring that all stakeholders communicate Credsmadhan’s services accurately and ethically.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to clearly explain complex financial concepts and handle client queries with empathy and professionalism.
Proven Sales and Sales Management abilities to generate leads, close deals, manage pipelines, and meet or exceed targets.
Experience in Training, including the ability to coach team members or partners on products, processes, and ethical sales practices.
Familiarity with basic financial concepts, credit reports, and lending practices; experience in financial services or advisory roles is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Sirsa, manage field activities, and build local market presence.
Strong organizational and report-writing skills, with proficiency in common office and CRM tools.
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
