Need someone who can join immediately/within 15 Days
a true sourcer, someone who wants to live upstream and hand off, not run the requirement
Can name their tools and walk through how they use them - LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, GitHub, x-ray, contact finders
builds boolean live and can articulate strings two and three when the first one dries up
proven research muscle, market mapping and finding contact info for people who aren't applying
real examples of working with US recruiters and hiring managers, not just overlapping hours
