Role Description The HR Analyst will play a key role in supporting recruitment-related human resources activities for the BA LLB (Hons) 2026 batch as part of the RCC. This part-time, remote role involves analyzing student and recruiter data, preparing HR-related reports, and helping design policies that improve recruitment efficiency and candidate experience. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining databases of student profiles and employer requirements, tracking recruitment outcomes, and assisting in the formulation and communication of HR policies and guidelines. The HR Analyst will collaborate with committee members to support planning for interviews, internships, and placements, and may contribute to surveys, feedback mechanisms, and initiatives related to employee benefits and personnel management in the context of campus recruitment. The role requires consistent coordination via online platforms and timely documentation of HR processes.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an understanding of recruitment and talent processes.
Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, especially as they relate to internships, trainee roles, and early-career opportunities.
Candidates should possess competencies in Personnel Management, including maintaining records, coordinating with stakeholders, and handling confidential information responsibly.
Strong analytical and reporting skills, including the ability to work with spreadsheets or basic HR information systems, are beneficial.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote, part-time setting are required.
Prior exposure to HR, recruitment processes, or committee work in an academic or organizational setting is an advantage.
