Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
Align HR strategy with business goals: Build trusted relationships across the organization to assess needs, align HR initiatives with business objectives, and drive long-term value
Drive organizational health: Monitor organizational dynamics, identify issues, and partner with Centers of Excellence to implement people and culture solutions that support high performance and engagement
Support workforce planning and talent strategy: Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and career development to ensure the business is future ready
Coach and advise leaders: Serve as a trusted advisor to managers, offering coaching and expertise on performance management, leadership development, employee relations, and change management
Use data to drive decisions: Analyze trends and metrics to shape policies, improve processes, and deliver tailored HR programs that support business goals
Uphold HR compliance: Apply knowledge of employment laws and escalate issues appropriately to ensure legal compliance and minimize risk
Foster learning and development: Identify capability gaps, support training design, and coach leaders to maximize team performance and accelerate development of high-potential talent
