Research and Development Engineering Manager

Required Qualifications
M.S. or Ph.D. in Polymer Science, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
8+ years of progressive experience within polymers, engineered thermoplastics, compounding, formulation, or product development.
Demonstrated experience leading scientists, engineers, technicians, or technical teams.
Proven success developing and commercializing new products.
Expertise in polymer formulation, compounding, processing, and application development.
Strong project leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Six Sigma, DOE, DMAIC, or Design for Six Sigma training.
Patent development, intellectual property, or industry publication experience.
Experience working within global or matrixed organizations.
