Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fresher role based in Kondapur,Hyderabad. The role involves supporting project teams with day-to-day tasks such as data entry, documentation, basic analysis, and coordination activities. The selected candidate will learn company processes, assist in preparing reports, and communicate with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time. The role also includes participating in training programs, shadowing experienced colleagues, and gradually taking ownership of individual responsibilities. Over time, the candidate will be expected to contribute to problem-solving, process improvement, and delivery of assigned work with accuracy and accountability.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong communication skills, including clear spoken and written English, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Candidates should possess basic computer literacy, including familiarity with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort with learning new software.
Candidates should possess problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
Candidates should possess time management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Candidates should possess a willingness to learn, adaptability to new environments, and a positive attitude toward feedback and continuous improvement.
Relevant educational qualification such as a bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, business, or a related field is preferred.
Internship or project experience, even academic projects, that demonstrates initiative and basic understanding of professional work practices will be beneficial.
