We are looking for a Senior Product Engineer who can blend deep engineering expertise with cutting-edge AI innovation. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building intelligent, scalable, and impactful products by harnessing LLMs, RAG architectures, and modern AI frameworks. You will work at the crossroads of core engineering, AI, and product innovation, driving meaningful user outcomes while shaping the future of our AI-enabled platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Build: Architect, develop, and scale AI-enabled features leveraging LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, and vector databases.
Innovate & Experiment: Continuously explore new AI/ML tools, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance product capability and developer productivity.
Collaborate: Partner with Product and Design teams to create AI-first product solutions that solve real-world user problems.
Optimize & Scale: Ensure production-ready systems with robust performance, observability, and high availability across cloud-native environments.
Integrate: Evaluate, fine-tune, and integrate AI/ML APIs, models, and services into existing and new product lines.
Own Delivery: Take end-to-end responsibility for features – from design and coding to deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
Mentor & Lead: Guide junior engineers, share best practices, and foster a culture of innovation and quality.
Qualifications
Experience: 10+ years overall, including at least 5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML-driven product development
Required Skills
Skills required: Programing language (Python/.NET/Java)
10+ years of software engineering experience with a strong product development background.
5+ years of relevant AI/ML project experience, including hands-on work with LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and MLOps.
Expertise in at least one major backend language: Java, Python, .NET, or Ruby.
Strong exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, Docker/Kubernetes, and scalable architectures.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, observability, and deployment automation.
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
User-centric mindset with the ability to translate business needs into AI-powered solutions.

Exposure to cursor.ai or other AI-driven development productivity tools.
Prior experience in leading AI product initiatives or mentoring teams in advanced AI adoption
