EPCM Developer

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and support Oracle Enterprise Profitability and Cost Management (EPCM) and Oracle Planning (EPBCS/PBCS) applications and allocation models. ARCS development and maintenance experience is a plus.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable profitability, cost management, planning, and reporting solutions.
Configure and optimize allocations, calculations, business rules, and reporting processes.
Develop automation and integrations using Groovy, EPM Automate, REST APIs, and Python/Jython.
Support data integration, application enhancements, testing, deployments, and production support activities across EPCM and Planning applications.
Monitor application performance and implement continuous improvements.
Maintain technical documentation and support operational processes.
Required Qualifications
Experience
4-8 years of experience in Oracle EPM Cloud applications with strong expertise in EPCM and exposure to EPBCS/PBCS.
Experience designing and supporting profitability, cost allocation, planning, and financial management solutions.
Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EPCM development and support.
Working knowledge of Oracle Planning (EPBCS/PBCS).
Proficiency in Groovy Scripting, Business Rules/Calculation Manager, MDX, REST APIs, EPM Automate, Python/Jython, and Data Integration.
Experience integrating Oracle EPM Cloud applications with enterprise systems.
Knowledge of metadata management, security, automation, and application lifecycle management.
Experience troubleshooting and optimizing Oracle EPM Cloud applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work on complex financial and allocation models.
Effective collaboration, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Oracle EPM Cloud certifications in EPCM, Planning, or related technologies.
Exposure to ARCS, FCCS or EDMCS.
