Specialist, Corporate Actions Representative

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Execute corporate action events by demonstrating expertise in the field, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry regulations and internal guidelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and enhance operational processes, supporting BNY's commitment to operational excellence.
Monitor and report on corporate action activities, providing insights and recommendations to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and implementing best practices.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience required.
1-3 years of experience.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage complex data and processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
Detail-oriented and organized, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
