Job Description
Sarva Connect Solutions is hiring for a Site Reliability Engineer / Cloud Platform Engineer – Operations opportunity.

This is a hands-on, coding-heavy Platform Engineering / SRE role. It is not a traditional ticket-based Cloud Support, System Administration or basic DevOps position.
The selected engineer will work on production cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes environments, infrastructure automation and internal platform capabilities supporting a large-scale enterprise cloud product.
Mandatory Requirements
Applicants should meet all or most of the following core requirements:
4+ years of relevant experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Platform Engineering or DevOps
Strong hands-on programming experience in Go and/or Python
Strong production Kubernetes experience — not just basic deployment knowledge
Hands-on Infrastructure-as-Code experience with Terraform, Pulumi or OpenTofu
Production cloud experience with AWS, GCP or Azure
Experience in cloud infrastructure automation and production troubleshooting
Comfortable participating in incident response and root-cause analysis
Willing and able to work in US PST-aligned working hours
Please do not apply if your experience is primarily limited to ticket-based infrastructure support, basic cloud administration or CI/CD pipeline maintenance without strong Kubernetes and programming experience.
Key Responsibilities
You will design and automate cloud infrastructure across AWS/GCP, build production-grade infrastructure automation using Go/Python, operate and scale Kubernetes environments, maintain Infrastructure-as-Code, improve reliability and observability, troubleshoot production incidents, automate recurring operational issues and contribute to platform security and operational improvements.
Technology Environment
Go | Python | Kubernetes | Helm | ArgoCD | Terraform | OpenTofu | AWS | GCP | Istio | PostgreSQL | Kafka | Aerospike
Experience with multi-cloud environments, GitOps and distributed production systems will be an advantage.
Candidate Profile
We are particularly interested in engineers who approach infrastructure as software rather than relying mainly on manual administration.
You should be comfortable writing code, troubleshooting complex production infrastructure and building reusable automation for engineering teams.
