About the Role
C.R.I. Pumps is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have strong visual design skills, experience in creating content for multiple brands, and a good understanding of digital and social media creatives.
Key Responsibilities
Create engaging social media posts, digital ads, marketing collaterals, brochures, presentations, and other brand creatives.
Develop creative concepts and visual designs aligned with brand guidelines.
Work on both static and video content for digital and marketing campaigns.
Adapt creative designs across different platforms and formats.
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand campaign requirements and deliver creative solutions.
Edit and enhance images, videos, and other visual assets as required.
Explore and effectively use AI tools to improve creative development and editing workflows.
Manage multiple creative projects and meet deadlines consistently.
Key Requirements
3–4 years of professional experience in graphic design.
Agency experience handling multiple brands will be preferred.
Strong proficiency in:
Adobe Photoshop
CorelDRAW
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe Premiere Pro
Adobe After Effects
Experience in video editing and motion graphics.
Knowledge of AI tools for creative design and editing.
Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour, composition, and visual storytelling.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
A strong and relevant design portfolio is preferred.
