Role Description The Mobile Performance Executive is a full-time role responsible for managing and optimizing mobile advertising campaigns across various performance marketing channels. The role is hybrid, based in Gurugram, with some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring campaign metrics, analyzing user behavior and performance data, and making data-driven adjustments to improve acquisition scale, ARPU, and LTV. The Mobile Performance Executive will coordinate with internal teams and external partners, oversee tracking and reporting, and assist in developing strategies to enhance mobile user engagement and conversion. The role also involves identifying growth opportunities, troubleshooting delivery or tracking issues, and preparing concise performance reports and insights for stakeholders.
Qualifications
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience working with performance metrics, dashboards, and data interpretation.
Understanding of mobile advertising ecosystems, including CPI/CPA campaigns, user acquisition funnels, and basic mobile attribution concepts.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Clear written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, publishers, and advertisers.
Proficiency with Excel or similar tools; familiarity with analytics platforms or ad dashboards is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, statistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Interest in digital marketing, mobile apps, and performance-based advertising; prior experience in an ad agency or media environment is a plus.
Ability to work in a hybrid setup from Gurugram, demonstrating reliability, accountability, and comfort with both in-office and remote collaboration.
