Job Description
Supportio Business Service is looking for an experienced and result-oriented International Team Leader to lead our Auto Parts International Sales Process.
The ideal candidate should have strong team-handling skills, excellent English communication, and experience in managing sales teams in an international process.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the International Auto Parts sales team.
Drive the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Monitor individual and team performance.
Coach and motivate team members to improve productivity and sales.
Handle escalations and support the team in resolving customer queries.
Monitor call quality, conversion, attendance, and overall performance.
Conduct daily team huddles and provide regular feedback.
Prepare and maintain daily/weekly performance reports.
Ensure process adherence and maintain floor discipline.
Coordinate with management regarding team performance and targets.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of Team Leader experience in an International Sales/BPO process.
Experience in International Auto Parts Sales will be preferred.
Excellent English communication skills.
Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
Good knowledge of sales targets, conversion, and performance metrics.
Ability to handle escalations and motivate a target-driven team.
Comfortable working in an international/night-shift environment.
