Role Overview
We’re looking for a sharp and analytical Marketing Strategist to convert client objectives and customer data into actionable marketing strategies. The role will own how Kairos executes against a client’s business objective - from identifying the right customer segments and interventions to briefing internal teams and learning from campaign results.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer & Business Strategy
Understand client business models, customer journeys, and growth targets to identify opportunities for repeat sales, retention, and customer value.
Analyze customer behavior data alongside the reporting team to uncover emerging growth opportunities.
Translating business objectives into actionable marketing plans
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s/master’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field
1–3 years of experience in CRM, retention, lifecycle, or customer marketing
Strong understanding of segmentation and customer journeys
Ability to interpret customer data and translate it into marketing actions.
Strong campaign planning and briefing skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability
Location: Kolkata (Work from Office)
