Location: United States (On-site / Remote / Hybrid options available)
Job Type: Full-time
Industry: Insurance, Financial Services, Risk Management
About Osous Insurance Agency
Osous Insurance Agency is a dedicated commercial risk partner specializing in comprehensive corporate and retail insurance frameworks. Known for deploying tailored insurance solutions across automotive, fleet transportation, logistics, and large enterprise accounts, we coordinate closely with top-tier underwriting structures and multi-market risk frameworks. To accelerate our international operations, technical infrastructure, and market expansion, we are seeking a seasoned Senior Regional Vice President in the United States.
➡️ About the Role
Operating under a highly flexible environment (choose between On-site, Hybrid, or 100% US-based Remote), the Senior Regional Vice President will serve as a key growth architect and market leader.
Reporting directly to the executive board, you will take absolute ownership of regional market development, premium revenue growth, carrier relationship expansion, and localized distribution strategies. You will lead, mentor, and scale cross-functional teams of account executives, underwriting liaisons, and client success specialists to capture market share and drive high-margin commercial lines.
🔎 Key Responsibilities
Regional Growth & Revenue Ownership: Design, execute, and own the regional business development strategy to accelerate Gross Written Premium (GWP) across commercial property and casualty (P&C) lines.
Strategic Carrier & Partner Alliances: Cultivate and expand deep institutional relationships with major insurance carriers, regional underwriters, and specialized risk syndicates.
Ecosystem & Distribution Expansion: Build a high-value network of enterprise clients, fleet transport providers, logistics firms, and commercial corporate accounts within the designated region.
Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Lead, align, and scale distributed sales divisions, account managers, and local risk consultants, fostering a high-performance culture across diverse time zones.
Underwriting & Risk Governance: Ensure all localized placement, structured risk evaluations, and premium frameworks align strictly with internal compliance rules and localized state department of insurance guidelines.
Performance & Data Analytics: Monitor regional pipeline health, market fluctuations, and renewal retention rates, delivering automated growth assessments and capacity forecasts directly to the Board.
🗒 Required Qualifications
Experience: 12+ years of progressive commercial insurance leadership and market development experience, with at least 5+ years acting as a Regional VP, Sales Director, or senior executive within a Commercial Insurance Brokerage, Managing General Agent (MGA), or scaling corporate carrier platform.
Domain Expertise: Deep technical command of multi-line commercial property and casualty (P&C) lines, fleet auto insurance metrics, complex risk placement, and standard policy lifecycle mechanics.
Network & Market Command: An established, elite network of commercial clients, corporate risk managers, and high-tier carrier underwriters within major US geographic hubs.
Strategic Matrix Command: Exceptional capability to lead technical insurance specialists, remote claim processors, and account executives within heavily decentralized environments.
Education & Licensing: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, or an equivalent field. Relevant professional designations (e.g., CPCU, CIC, CRM) and active state insurance licenses are highly valued.
✨ What We Offer
Highly competitive executive base salary paired with lucrative production-based bonuses, override commissions, and equity/incentive frameworks.
Complete freedom of choice in work modalities (completely remote within the US, hybrid, or on-site configuration).
Premium comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance packages.
Home office technology allowances, robust 401(k) retirement matching, and an unrestricted time-off (PTO) policy.
