Investment Banking Associate

The Role
As Investor Relations Associate, you'll be central to growing the investor network behind every deal we run. You'll engage directly with family offices, VCs, and private investors, build lasting relationships, and understand their mandates so we can bring them the right opportunities.
You'll also produce the materials that represent our firm and our clients, including pitch decks, teasers, investor briefs, and firm collateral. We run lean and build our own tooling. Claude Code is part of the daily workflow here, and you'll be expected to use it to research, draft, and deliver faster.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with investors across the GCC and internationally to build and expand our network
Develop a clear understanding of each investor's mandate, ticket size, and sector focus
Maintain and organise investor relationships and records
Prepare professional materials for the firm and our clients, including decks, teasers, one-pagers, and investor updates
Use Claude Code and adjacent AI tooling to automate research, streamline workflows, and improve turnaround times
Support the team on live mandates and investor communications
What We're Looking For
Hands-on experience with Claude Code (required): you've used it, you know what it's good for, and you reach for it without being told
High proficiency in English, written and spoken (required)
Strong communication skills and a confident, professional presence with senior investors
A sharp eye for detail and the ability to produce polished, client-ready materials
Organised, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
