Role Description The Human Resources Manager at Earth Engineers will oversee HR operations at the Surat Head Office, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations. This full-time, on-site role in Surat includes managing recruitment and onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and HR documentation. The Human Resources Manager will handle employee relations, address workplace concerns, support training and development initiatives, and maintain accurate HR records. The role also involves implementing HR policies, supporting payroll inputs, coordinating benefits, and collaborating with leadership to create a positive, inclusive work environment. The manager will regularly review HR processes and recommend improvements to support organizational growth.
