ABOUT OUR TALENT TEAM
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a hands-on Sourcing and Recruitment Associate based in our Atlanta office. The role will be responsible for the sourcing and operation functions in Talent Acquisition, with a focus on experienced candidate pipeline development, sourcing, and recruiting coordination.
This position is under the direct supervision of the Director based in our US Corporate Office. It will play a critical role in supporting the TA team in building out a best-in-class talent acquisition function as Secretariat continues its rapid growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support recruitment efforts for experienced-hire positions across the United States and Canada, with a primary focus on engineering and other technical professional services talent.
Coordinate and manage candidate activities throughout the recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, tracking, offer administration, and onboarding support.
Utilize Greenhouse and Workday to manage requisitions, maintain candidate records, support reporting needs, and ensure data accuracy.
Coordinate virtual and in-person interview schedules, partnering with candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams to ensure a seamless experience.
Assist with candidate travel arrangements and reimbursement processing.
Partner with members of the Talent Acquisition team across North America, EMEA, and APAC to support hiring initiatives and business growth objectives.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication, attention to detail, and effective management of multiple priorities and deadlines.
Maintain knowledge of recruiting best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements to support fair and consistent hiring processes.
Participate in recruiting events, career fairs, networking activities, and other talent attraction initiatives.
