Role Description This full-time, on-site Blockchain & Digital Assets Analyst role is based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The analyst will monitor and assess Bitcoin and other digital asset markets, track pricing, liquidity, and transaction trends, and produce concise reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders. Responsibilities include evaluating the performance and usage patterns of Bitcoin deposit machines, analyzing user behavior and transaction flows, and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and risk management. The role involves supporting finance and accounting teams with digital asset valuation, reconciliation, and controls, while ensuring compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations. The analyst will also collaborate with product, technology, and management teams to provide data-driven insights that guide business decisions and future platform enhancements.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills for market analysis, data interpretation, and performance evaluation of digital assets and related operations.
Finance and Accounting skills to support digital asset valuation, reconciliation, reporting, and internal controls.
Effective Communication skills to present complex blockchain and market insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Understanding of Fixed Assets and asset management principles as they relate to digital and physical infrastructure.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Data Science, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
Knowledge of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, and digital wallets; prior experience in crypto or fintech is highly beneficial.
Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI platforms) and comfort working with large datasets.
Ability to work on-site in WP. Kuala Lumpur, manage multiple priorities, and uphold high standards of integrity and compliance.
Compensation:
This position offers a salary range of $95,000–$135,000 USD per year depending on experience, technical expertise, and blockchain industry knowledge.
