The Building Lifelong Outcomes through Optimized Maternal Mindfulness (BLOOM) study at OHSU is conducting a study on the effects of a mindfulness intervention during pregnancy on the physical health and emotional wellbeing of the parent and child under the direction of Principal Investigator, Elinor Sullivan Ph.D. This position will assist the project as a point of contact for families interested in the study. The majority of duties will include running data collection visits with participants including behavioral assessment with 6 month old babies, recruitment of participants, scheduling visits, infant behavioral coding of videotaped visits, and collecting biological samples including blood draws.
