The company works across construction and infrastructure projects and is currently expanding its engineering and site delivery team.

About The Role
We are looking for a Junior Site Engineer currently based in Latin America to join the company’s team in Dublin, Ireland.
The successful Site Engineer will be supporting the delivery of projects across all aspects of the business from a construction point of view. A strong ethos on health and safety, compliance, reporting, and documentation are essential qualities.

This opportunity is exclusively for candidates currently based in Latin America.
The successful candidate must be willing to relocate from Latin America to Ireland.
Relocation is mandatory and non-negotiable for this role.
The company will support and manage the relocation process for the successful candidate.
This is not a remote position. Once hired, the candidate will be expected to work on-site in Dublin, Ireland and across project sites as required.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Provide regular updates for the PM and Snr Site Agents.
Conduct Site Surveying and Setting Out.
Assist in controlling plant and materials on site.
Ensure all work is produced to the highest quality standard.
Regularly complete the site diary and paperwork.
Be present for site meetings, ensuring that issues arising on site are discussed and amended.
Ensure Health and Safety is implemented throughout site.
Liaise with Clients / Consultancies when necessary.
Required Experience And Competencies
Full clean driver’s license essential.
A relevant qualification is desirable.
Setting out experience.
Civils, drainage, or utilities (water, electricity) experience.
Confident, motivated and can work independently as well as part of a team.
Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines.
Time management abilities to meet targets.
Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Integrity and respect for confidentiality and privacy.
