Pega BA with Healthcare and Appeals & Grievances (A&G)

Exp - Min 6+ to 10 Yrs
Job Location - Pan India
6 to 9 years of Business Analyst experience with 3+ years of Pega and 3 years in Appeals & Grievances (A&G).
Strong experience in the healthcare domain, including Medicare, Medicaid, Claims Processing, Contact Center, Pharmacy, PLM, and HIPAA standards.
Pega certification is mandatory, with hands-on experience in Pega DCO, requirements gathering, traceability, version control, and change management.
Strong Product Owner/Business Analyst experience in defining requirements, creating user stories, managing/prioritizing backlogs, and defining acceptance criteria.
Excellent knowledge of Agile/Scrum, working with onshore/offshore teams, sprint planning, demos, MVP releases, and stakeholder management.
Hands-on experience with Jira/Rally, SQL, MS Excel, and PowerPoint, including defect triage, data analysis, and initiative management.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience collaborating across clients, product teams, development teams, and multiple vendors.
