Fully remote within the United States. Work from wherever you do your best work while leading client relationships and accounting delivery across a growing national practice.
Note:
Candidates must have 8+ years of public accounting experience, including at least 5+ years as a CAS Manager, Senior CAS Manager, Client Controller, or similar client accounting leadership role with responsibility for client relationships, portfolio management, technical review, and final sign-off of accounting work.

Job Description
Own bookkeeping and client accounting delivery from onboarding through ongoing monthly service.
Serve as the final reviewer and sign-off authority for client accounting work.
Manage and advise a portfolio of clients while building trusted, long-term relationships.
Keep deliverables, deadlines, and client expectations on track across the full caseload.
Guide clients with thoughtful accounting insight and highly responsive service.
Supervise existing bookkeeping support and help hire and develop additional accounting professionals as the firm grows.
Build scalable processes, workflows, quality controls, and operating systems.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through technology, automation, integrations, and AI.
Help shape the service model, client experience, and future direction of the accounting practice.
Qualifications
8+ years of public accounting experience.
5+ years as a CAS Manager, Senior Manager, Client Controller, or comparable public accounting CAS leader.
Direct experience managing client relationships and a portfolio of accounting engagements.
Strong technical accounting expertise with experience reviewing and providing final sign-off on client work.
Strong production and deadline management across multiple client engagements.
Excellent communication skills, executive presence, and client-facing confidence.
Genuine interest in building a modern, technology-forward accounting firm.
Experience leading and developing accountants is preferred.
Experience with automation, systems integration, ERP/accounting platforms, or AI tools is preferred.
Experience building a new service line, practice, or internal function is a plus.
