Finance Officer

Axia Search are partnering with a fast-growing fintech and technology business,to hire a Finance Officer to join their expanding team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting or finance professional seeking a fully remote role within a modern, international, and fast-paced business environment.
The successful candidate will support the day-to-day finance function across bookkeeping, management accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting activities, working closely with senior management and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Bookkeeping and maintenance of accounting records
• Bank, supplier, and client reconciliations
• Assisting with monthly management accounts preparation
• Processing invoices, payments, and expense management
• Supporting budgeting and financial reporting processes
• Liaising with external accountants and auditors where required
• Supporting wider finance and operational projects
Requirements:
• Previous experience within bookkeeping, accounting, or finance operations
• Strong understanding of management accounting principles
• Experience with accounting software and Excel
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Experience within fintech, technology, or international businesses would be considered advantageous
Package:
