Leading day-to-day field operations
Driving short-interval planning and weekly work planning
Coordinating labour, subcontractors, deliveries, and site activities
Running foreman meetings and daily huddles
Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized project site
Ensuring work meets quality, schedule, and productivity expectations
Supporting project schedules through effective planning and coordination
Mentoring Assistant Superintendents, Foremen, and field staff

What You Bring
Journeyperson trade certification or equivalent construction experience
CSTS 20
8+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a large general contractor
10+ years of commercial construction experience
Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and sequencing
Experience leading crews, trade partners, and site activities
Strong communication and organizational skills
Forecasting experience
Nice to Have
Gold Seal Certification
Technical diploma related to construction
Experience with scheduling software and construction technology platforms
Experience leading phase planning and trade coordination meetings
