Sr. Software Engineer B3

Job Summary
Sr Software Engineer B3 will design and deliver advanced AI agent solutions using large language models prompt engineering and microservices to power multi channel customer experiences in a hybrid work environment. This role builds secure and scalable services with Node JS Python REST APIs and SQL while using Microsoft GitHub Copilot to accelerate high quality development and drive measurable business impact.
Responsibilities
Design and implement robust AI agent based solutions that use large language models to improve multi channel customer interactions and increase automation across business workflows.
Develop scalable microservices using Node JS and Python that expose well structured REST web services and REST APIs to support internal and external applications.
Architect data access layers using SQL that ensure reliable performance secure data handling and efficient queries for AI agent and multi channel solution components.
Apply advanced prompt engineering techniques to optimize large language model outputs for accuracy safety and business relevance across diverse multi channel use cases.
Integrate AI agent capabilities into existing multi channel platforms to provide consistent experiences across web mobile and assisted channels while reducing manual effort.
Use Microsoft GitHub Copilot to accelerate coding enforce project standards and improve developer productivity while maintaining high quality and maintainable codebases.
Collaborate closely with product and experience teams to translate multi channel requirements into technical designs and implementation plans that directly support business goals.
Implement comprehensive monitoring logging and error handling for microservices and REST APIs to ensure high availability quick diagnosis of issues and continuous service reliability.
Conduct thorough code reviews unit tests and integration tests for Node JS Python and SQL components to ensure robustness security and adherence to enterprise quality practices.
Optimize performance of AI agent workflows microservices and data access paths by identifying bottlenecks and applying tuning techniques that improve response times and scalability.
Document system designs API contracts data models and AI agent interaction flows in clear and accessible formats to support ongoing maintenance and onboarding of new engineers.
Collaborate with operations and support teams in a hybrid work model to ensure smooth deployment incident resolution and continuous improvement of day shift production environments.
Align daily engineering activities with company purpose by building AI powered multi channel solutions that improve customer satisfaction and create positive impact on society through more accessible digital services.
Qualifications

Employ strong SQL and database design capabilities to support transactional and analytical workloads required by AI agent and multi channel applications.
Show proven experience building and consuming REST web services and REST APIs that follow consistent standards for authentication versioning and error handling.
Leverage Microsoft GitHub Copilot and other development accelerators responsibly to maintain coding best practices while increasing delivery speed and reliability.
Exhibit solid understanding of multi channel domain patterns including orchestration of interactions across digital and assisted touchpoints to design cohesive customer journeys.
