Role Description The Field Executive role is a full-time hybrid position based in New Delhi, with a combination of on-site field work and some work-from-home flexibility. The individual in this role will visit client locations, conduct on-ground checks, collect and verify information, and ensure accurate documentation of field activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, reporting field findings, following up on assigned tasks, and maintaining clear records in digital or paper formats. The Field Executive will interact with clients and stakeholders in a professional manner, address basic queries, and escalate issues when required. The role also involves meeting daily and weekly targets, adhering to company policies, and supporting continuous improvement of field processes.

Candidates should possess basic data collection, documentation, and reporting skills, including familiarity with spreadsheets or simple digital tools.
Candidates should possess time management and organizational skills to handle multiple field visits, tasks, and deadlines efficiently.
Candidates should possess problem-solving and observational skills to identify issues during field work and provide clear, accurate feedback.
Ability to work independently in the field, with a high level of integrity, reliability, and attention to detail.
Comfort with using smartphones, navigation apps, and common office software for daily reporting and communication.
Previous experience in field operations, surveys, verification, or customer-facing roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or bachelor’s degree in any discipline; higher education is a plus.
