Location: 100% Remote (U.S.)
Position Type: Full-time, Direct W2
Salary Range: $90,000–$110,000 Annually

Job Summary
We are looking for a Coupa API Developer to design, develop, and maintain integrations between Coupa BSM (Business Spend Management) and the broader enterprise application landscape. The role focuses on Coupa Integration Cloud, API-based integrations, supplier onboarding flows, and data synchronization between Coupa and ERP, finance, HR, and payment systems. The ideal candidate has shipped meaningful Coupa integrations in production, understands the source-to-pay process end-to-end, and applies disciplined integration engineering practices. In this role you will work closely with cross-functional partners — product, design, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders — to translate ambiguous requirements into well-engineered solutions, and will be expected to raise the bar through code review, design review, and mentorship of more junior engineers. The successful candidate brings strong engineering discipline, a clear communication style, and a track record of shipping meaningful work that holds up well in production.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Five or more years of integration engineering experience
Hands-on experience integrating Coupa with enterprise systems
Strong understanding of Coupa Integration Cloud and Coupa Open APIs
Experience with at least one major iPaaS such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Workato
Strong understanding of source-to-pay and procure-to-pay processes
Solid SQL and data transformation skills
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, and integration security
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Coupa certifications
Experience integrating Coupa with SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite ERP systems
Familiarity with Coupa Pay, Coupa Risk Assess, or Coupa Treasury
Exposure to supplier-network integrations
Experience supporting global BSM rollouts
