Role Description The Event Graphic Designer is a full-time role responsible for creating visually compelling designs for events, campaigns, and brand activations across digital and print formats. Based in Bikaner in a hybrid setup, the role offers a mix of on-site collaboration and work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day activities include designing event collateral such as banners, posters, social media creatives, presentation decks, and promotional materials aligned with client branding. The designer will work closely with the marketing and content teams to translate campaign concepts into cohesive visual narratives, ensuring consistency across platforms. Responsibilities also include preparing final artwork files for production, iterating designs based on feedback, maintaining brand guidelines, and staying updated on current design trends relevant to digital marketing.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for both digital and print event materials.
Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to create and adapt visual identities for various events and campaigns.
Candidates should possess skills in Typography to ensure clear, impactful, and aesthetically pleasing text layouts.
Candidates should be proficient in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma or similar).
Candidates should demonstrate a portfolio showcasing event-related designs, social media creatives, and brand-focused projects.
Candidates should have strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates should have effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and interpret creative briefs.
A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
