About the Role
We are looking for an organised and proactive Influencer Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of a women's health and wellness creator and her online classes.
Health By Neeru runs live face yoga, full body yoga and bride-to-be programmes. Our students are women, and you will be their first point of contact every day — on class schedules, bridal preparation, diet plans and personal wellness questions. Warmth and discretion matter as much as organisation in this role.
Most of the work can be done remotely, with approximately 2 in-person visits per month in Delhi NCR.
Key Responsibilities
Handle and coordinate online class enrolments
Respond to student queries and share relevant class information
Handle women's health and wellness enquiries with sensitivity and discretion
Maintain and update student and enrolment records
Manage daily updates and follow-ups
Maintain Google Sheets and basic operational trackers
Prepare and share daily reports
Coordinate with the internal team regarding enrolments, batches and student updates
Keep track of pending enquiries, payments and follow-ups
Assist with routine administrative and operational tasks related to the creator's classes
Ensure information is updated accurately and on time
Requirements
Strong English communication skills, written and verbal
Comfortable discussing women's health and wellness topics with students every day
Comfortable using Google Sheets, Google Drive and basic online tools
Good organisational and follow-up skills
Ability to manage repetitive tasks accurately and consistently
Comfortable communicating with students/customers over WhatsApp
Good attention to detail
Responsible, punctual and able to work independently from home
Previous experience in influencer management, creator operations, customer support, admissions, sales coordination or admin work is a plus
Interest in yoga, fitness or the women's wellness space is a strong plus
Must be based in Delhi NCR / Delhi / Noida / Gurugram for the required in-person visits
