🐝 WE’RE HIRING: Retail Operations Coordinator | Remote | Full-Time

Hive Retail Solutions is growing and we’re looking for a Retail Operations Coordinator to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on variety, coordination and collaboration. You’ll work across our Brand Management, Retail Operations, Marketing and Field Teams, helping bring client and brand programs to life across Canada.
🐝 What you'll be doing
This role touches a little bit of everything, including::
• Coordinating brand programs and supporting Brand Managers and Field Teams
• Managing product samples, POP materials and marketing collateral
• Supporting proposals, presentation decks and contracts
• Coordinating onboarding for new brands and keeping documentation organized
• Supporting internal and client communications, newsletters and sales meetings
• Helping coordinate trade shows, conferences and retail activations
• Managing meeting agendas, follow-ups, project deadlines and general administration
• Keeping teams connected, informed and moving forward
👀 What we're looking for
You’ll likely have:
2+ years of experience in an administrative, retail operations, marketing, project coordination or account coordination role.
You’re someone who:
✔️ Is highly organized and detail-oriented
✔️ Communicates clearly and confidently
✔️ Can manage multiple priorities without losing sight of the details
✔️ Is proactive and naturally spots what needs to happen next
✔️ Is comfortable working independently in a remote environment
✔️ Enjoys working with different teams and keeping people connected
✔️ Is comfortable with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Slack or similar tools
✔️ Brings a positive, practical and solutions-focused attitude
✔️ Is willing to travel occasionally for meetings, events and trade shows
Retail or CPG experience is a bonus, but we're more interested in how you work, think and contribute.
