Animation Specialist (Freelance)

Responsibilities
Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and objectives.
Create high-quality 2D & 3D animations that meet the project's visual and storytelling goals.
Utilize industry-standard software and tools to model, rig, texture, and animate characters, objects, and environments.
Develop realistic movements, expressions, and interactions for characters to enhance their believability and appeal.
Ensure animations are synchronized with audio, dialogue, and other visual elements.
Collaborate with other artists, designers, and directors to maintain consistency and quality throughout the animation process.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in 3D animation techniques and tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the animation production process.
Meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality animations within the given timeframe.
Requirements
Proven work experience as a 3D Animator or similar role.
Proficiency in industry-standard 3D animation software, such as Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max, or Blender.
Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and storytelling techniques.
Solid knowledge of character rigging, modeling, texturing, and rendering.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to create realistic and visually appealing animations.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Portfolio showcasing your previous 3D animation work.
